Remo Movie Review

Remo review

'Remo' yet another delightful treat from the rapid growing star 'Siva Karthikeyan' on screen. Siva Karthikeyans role in the movie adds a credit to his career. Though Remo's story seems to be an usual love story it takes a different lead where the hero himself strives to hit his love for a girl by starring as female. Sivakarthikeyan a middle class guy aspires to become an actor and strives hard for it. In this juncture he comes across a beautiful girl Kavya who is a doctor (Keerthi Suresh), love at first sight blooms and he immediately step into Kavya's house to propose his love. Here comes the twist of the movie where Siva sees Kavya getting engaged to another person arranged by her parents. Being disappointed Siva takes back his steps to become a hero and visits many directors with different roles. Finally he is getting selected to enact a dual role as 'he' and 'she' on his way to home as a 'nurse' he comes across 'Kavya'. Kavya believes him as a nurse, interaction begins between them and Kavya finds a place for Siva in the hospital where she works. Considering this as yet another chance for him to hit Kavya, Siva remains as a nurse and tries to win Kavya's heart. Outcome of this play forms the climax of Remo.

Artist Performance

Sivakarthikeyan's hardwork is evident in each and every scene in both the roles. He is proving his excellence in every film that too in short period of time. Keerthy Suresh as Kavya looks gorgeous and her performance is good as usual like her other movies. K.S.Ravikumar, Saranya, Yogi Babu and Sathish are upto their mark. Comedy portions by Yogi Babu and Sathish are entertaining and makes the audience feel relaxed.

Technical Team Analysis

Cinematography by P.C.Sreeram is excellent. Music by Aniruth is good in songs and BGM. Besides choosing an old storyline Director Bakkiyaraj Kannan could have been improvised in screenplay to reach his hike. Ruben's editing needs improvement and Resull Pookutty's sound engineering is good.
